We offer a comprehensive suite of services designed to connect Users—both sellers and buyers—with cutting-edge AI solutions. Our Services encompass online matching services, websites, applications, tools, and more, specifically designed to facilitate the exploration, discovery, and engagement with innovative AI technologies. Eligibility
To be eligible to use the Services, Users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- Possess the legal capacity to form binding contracts.
- Ensure that their use of the Services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
Account Registration and Use
- Account Creation: To access our Services, Users must register and create an account. During this process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and, if applicable, your business entity. This commitment to accuracy helps ensure that all interactions within the marketplace are based on trust and transparency. It is your ongoing responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your account information by making timely updates whenever your information changes.
- Account Security: Maintaining the security of your account is paramount. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account passwords and any other credentials used to access the Services. We advocate the use of "strong" passwords—those that employ a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols—to enhance security. Regularly updating your password and using two-factor authentication, if available, can further protect your account from unauthorized access.
- Account Responsibility: As a User, you hold full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, including any actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access to your account. Should you detect any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches, it is imperative that you immediately notify DataXquad. Prompt communication allows us to take swift action to secure your account and mitigate any potential damage.
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Where possible, DataXquad encourages and may require the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) for accessing the Services. MFA adds an additional layer of security by requiring not only a password and username but also something that only the user has on them, i.e., a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand - such as a physical token.
